Employee Discounts

Discounts are automatically set by Toast (our POS system) Most things are 50%, some things are 25%. Bags of Coffee are $5 off

-The only people that get employee discounts are current employees. There are no discounts for family or friends. 

-The only exceptions for all discounts are Gabe & Kate’s spouses (Katie & Joe), parents and grandma.

-Doug VanRamshorst and Sarah Nelson get the $5 off of retail bags of coffee.

-When you come in with friends or family, you can buy one person a drink and or sandwich with your discount.  So if you come in to buy 3 drinks or sandwiches, 2 would be discounted and 1 is full price. (The only exception is espresso, which can be a third discounted.)

- Discounts should never be given to anyone over the counter. If you’re working and want to buy something for someone, it’s full price. 

When You Work:

Everyone is allowed, during their shift, one fancy drink. 

Your fancy drink:

-It can be an espresso drink, tea latte, frappe, hot chocolate/steamer, a pour over, smoothie, Italian soda, can of pop, loose tea OR taken as 2 double shots of espresso. It cannot be canned Kombucha or Hop Tea

-You can freely drink as much of the already-made coffee or iced tea during your shift as you’d like

-Water is the only thing that’s always free. 

-Your free drink is for while you’re at work. Not to be taken with you at the end of your shift. It is also your free drink, it may not be given to someone else.
